GradPilot is an AI service designed to assist students with their university admission applications.

By submitting content to the Service, you grant GradPilot a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

Users do not own the reviews and data generated by GradPilot. All intellectual property rights in the Service are owned by GradPilot.

6. Refunds

Refunds are offered on unused credits. However, the refund amount will be readjusted based on the used credits tiering.

GradPilot collects and processes user data including name, email, payment information, college essays, resumes, research papers, extracurricular documentation, and areas of interest and research.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful
